Profile

Dora Essah-Ntiful is an English Tutor at Kibi Presbyterian College of Education, teaching English related courses such as Semantics, The Use of English, Forms and Functions of the English Clause and English Language Studies I & II. She holds MPhil in English Language from University of Cape Coast, Master of Arts degree in Teaching of English as a Second Language from University of Ghana, and Bachelor of Education (Arts), English major from University of Cape Coast. Her research interest is in Semantics, Grammar, and Systemic Functional Linguistics.

She is a dedicated tutor with fifteen (15) years direct classroom experience showing commitment to excellence in teaching. Supporting the view that learning a language is using the language to communicate, she creates a conducive and friendly environment that encourages her students to freely use the English language to the best of their capabilities. Her goal in teaching English language is to build students’ confidence to always use the English language effectively. By this, she is committed to adapting methods and styles that suit the individual needs of every student.
