Joana Bortey is a Tutor in the Department of Education Studies at the Kibi Presbyterian College of Education. She had her Master of Philosophy Degree in Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Cape Coast and her first Degree in Mathematics Education from the same prestigious University.  She has great experience in teaching. She was once a mathematics teacher at Adisadel College, Cape Coast. Madam Joana has keen interest in Assessment, Research and Educational Statistics. She has quite a number of publications on assessment in some renowned international journals.
